Adventure Day
Our clients will experience recreational therapy and make new pathways to success in a community setting. Depending on the emotional stability of the client, we arrange a weekly activity such as hiking, canoeing, fishing or boating (yes, we have a boat).
Stability in the community
Our owners have over 10 years combined experience in reducing hospitalizations and encouraging community placement. They were both on the Enhanced Care team at Summit Community Care and specialize in helping people thrive.
Life Skills
We are committed to getting the people we serve set up for success. Our team will help you or your loved one learn how to budget, get a job, relational skills, health and safety. We partner with local day treatments and create a plan.
